Le “K”, located at the heart of the hotel, adds a modern and creative touch to La Klauss!
The restaurant’s team, led by Chef Benoit Potdevin, and Grégoire Prigent, Maitre D’hotel, are pleased to welcome you for your evening meal. The restaurant serves modern, light and refined cuisine made from fresh seasonal produce. The chef has worked in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments in Lorraine, Paris and in the South of France. He works with exceptional products and revisits them with finesse, unveiling flavours, whilst producing exquisite meat and fish dishes served with a variety of herbs and citrus fruits. Fruit and vegetables are given pride of place at le K and we are sure that you will find something that brings back childhood memories but with the chef’s contemporary twist.

Le Komptoir, the Domaine’s bistronomic restaurantLe Komptoir is the latest addition to the Keff family’s constellation, where guests can enjoy Lucien Keff’s bistro-cuisine and the warmth of a wood oven. A selection of French-style tapas and platters to be shared will be served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Paillote, the Domaine’s summer restaurant
Every summer, from the first sunny days (June-September), the Domaine de la Klauss opens the Paillote.
It is an ephemeral and summery restaurant, the cuisine is prepared by the talented Lucien Keff, with snacks to be shared, refreshing salads or wood fire grilled food, and homemade ice creams.
On the side of the swimming pool, in complete relaxation, you will feel already or still on holiday, just by admiring the view on the seven hills of Montenach.
A package including a lunch and access to the Spa and the outside swimming pool is available upon reservation at the Spa.
Open from Monday to Sunday 12 pm to 3 pm, from June to September.

Why not come and enjoy one of our wonderful cocktails prepared by our bar staff in our cosy lounge bar, voted "Best Hotel Bar in the World" at the Villegiature Awards, or outside on our beautiful terrace with views over the stables and surrounding hills on sunny days.
Domaine de la Klauss gives pride of place to its cocktails, appetizers, and live-music evenings. Piano on Fridays and jazz live on Saturdays.
The Komptoir menus are available at the Bar at lunch time and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

L'Auberge de la Klauss
The Auberge de la Klauss located 80m from the Domaine has been attracting lovers of local produce for over 50 years, for the quality of its produce, sourced from its own free-range farm; its gardens and its exceptional selection of wines in its two cellars.
The art of hospitality is key for the Keff family. Charles Keff is in charge of the Auberge alongside his two sons: Frédéric is Head Chef in charge of the kitchen and the farm, supported by his wife Valérie, whilst Alexandre and his wife Mathilde are in charge of the Domaine. They strive to provide an impeccably orchestrated gastronomic experience and exceptional service.
