Le K, the Domaine’s new restaurant

Le “K”, located at the heart of the hotel, adds a modern and creative touch to La Klauss!

The restaurant’s team, led by Chef Benoit Potdevin, and Michel Vautier, Maitre D’hotel, are pleased to welcome you for your evening meal. The restaurant serves modern, light and refined cuisine made from fresh seasonal produce. The chef has worked in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments in Lorraine, Paris and in the South of France. He works with exceptional products and revisits them with finesse, unveiling flavours, whilst producing exquisite meat and fish dishes served with a variety of herbs and citrus fruits. Fruit and vegetables are given pride of place at le K and we are sure that you will find something that brings back childhood memories but with the chef’s contemporary twist.

L'Auberge de la Klauss

The Auberge de la Klauss has been attracting lovers of local produce for over 50 years, for the quality of its produce, sourced from its own free-range farm; its gardens and its exceptional selection of wines in its two cellars.

The art of hospitality is key for the Keff family. Charles Keff is in charge of the Auberge alongside his two sons: Frédéric is Head Chef in charge of the kitchen and the farm, whilst Alexandre is in charge of the Domaine. They are also expertly assisted by their partners Valérie and Hélène, in order to provide an impeccably orchestrated gastronomic experience and exceptional service.
